The colour is dense and deep with a cherry-red tint. The refined and pleasant nose reveals intense black berry fruit aromas mingled with succulent notes of marzipan and spice. From a round and elegant attack, the mid-palate displays subtle camphor and liquorice notes over a very mellow tannic structure, leading into a long and highly refined finish.
