RIMAPERE Sauvignon Blanc 2023

TASTING NOTES: Color: A very pale yellow color. Nose: An explosion of citrus fruits first, lime and ripe lemon, then white flowers, freshly crushed almonds and a beautiful minerality, to finish on notes of flint and flint. Palate: Elegant texture, rich in mouthfeel, with a ripe acidic line. Lively citrus flavours: lime juice, lemon, grapefruit, some nice aromatic notes of passion fruit and a crisp zinc finish.
