Antique Neoclassical Double-Arm Sconce Pair, c. 1920
$ 97.80
Description A delightful pair of antique double-arm sconces, dating from the 1920s and found in a home in Lexington, VA. Each sconce features a decorative shield-shaped back plate adorned with stylized foliates and bellflowers. Two coordinating arms curl outward from the bottom of the backplate to hold understated brass bobeches. These wall lamps are in excellent condition; they have been professionally rewired and come with all necessary attachments for modern installation. We kept the original non-functioning turn switches for nostalgia’s sake; however, we are happy to replace them with new ones if desired. The sconces are 9-5/8″ wide, 10″ tall, and project 4-1/4” from the wall.
